Brothers...uggh

I am really sad right now. Without going into too much detail or on an angry rant...my brother is really angering me! I had to talk to him about something we are trying to do for my mom and he just blew it off. The thing is that I know if he isn't a part of this..she will be really hurt. I basically hung up on him. I really wanted to scream..." You are such a selfish brat!" But, I settled for idiot...I know real Christian of me!

Now that I have my own kids, I really can't believe how different they can be. But, my brother and I...I am talking polar opposites! I am so perplexed on how me and my sister can be overly emotional and such pleasers when he could really give a damn...how does that happen. Maybe its birth order. I am the middle and pretty much fit that to a tee. My sister is the oldest and I think she fits that too. My brother...baby...brat! Ok. Enough! But what do you fellow bloggers do when people in your lives really let you down? People you have to have in your life??

Hey Sue...Are you shocked to see me commenting???!!!! Finally! Sorry about your brother...sometimes the baby can be a baby...what do you do?! Just keep loving him and praying for him. They usually snap out of it and if they don't, well it's their loss. I am so glad Caroline is growing out of her colic! Yea! She is so cute! I know her and Lauren will be great friends!

Gotta love our brothers! Mine is completely anitsocial and we haven't really talked in almost a year...

Thanks for you postive comment on my blog the other day. *smile*

I know about calling names. I just recently got frustrated at Jamie and did the same thing and was angry at myself later. Ugh! Sometimes small things can really unravel us!

have a great day with your beautiful babies!!

Hey now! As a baby of a family...I don't think that is it. I outgrew my brattiness. LOL I'm thinking it is a "guy" thing. Not bashing guys, but they do overwhelmingly tend to lack in those interpersonal skills. My brothers are no exception.

Janine,
Very true! Hope I didn't offend any "babies" out there!! Jeff told some guys at work the story and they said they would have agreed with my brother!
